Ticket Agent (Part-Time)

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide patrons with a positive experience, by establishing their needs efficiently and courteously. This experience is provided by aiding patrons with accurate show or event information and assisting them in purchasing tickets. This position is expected to work cohesively with all employees in maintaining a professional level of customer service. Ticket agents are responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the box office. This includes processing ticket sales at walk-up windows, over the phone, and internet sales. He/She processes ticket sales for all ticketed shows and upcoming events using a computer based sales system (Tessitura). This position also assists in the daily operations of the box office including mailings, filing and other duties as assigned.
